The holiday homes are beautifully situated around the old seaside hotel. They are reminiscent of classic holiday homes, but are furnished with modern facilities. The area is surrounded by sea holly and sea buckthorn. Small streams and wildflowers create an atmosphere where both people and nature are taken care of.

Our vacation homes are beautifully situated around the old seaside hotel. In many ways, the vacation homes resemble classic summer cottages with all modern amenities and can accommodate up to 5 people. The houses are surrounded by marram grass, sea buckthorn, and small streams, making the area a thoughtful creation for both people and nature.

Beach houses
With sea views and room for 4 people
The beach houses at Hjerting Badehotel have a unique location just 40 meters from the beach.
The front house is on the ground floor with beach views and the sound of crashing waves close by. If the weather is not conducive to spending time on the lovely terrace in front of the house, you can jump into the bathroom's bathtub and enjoy the tranquillity. The rooms are designed with a focus on light and spaciousness, which is immediately noticeable when you enter. Ceiling to ceiling and the diamond-shaped window in the gable invite sun and light inside, while the exposed rafters and cock bands emphasize the familiar style of the seaside hotel.
Our second beach house is offset, so there is still a view of the Wadden Sea. The house is disability-friendly and designed with a focus on freedom of movement and spaciousness.
Holiday homes

Our 5 beautiful semi-detached houses are well-appointed with a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom and open room on the first floor. The semi-detached houses consist of 2 holiday homes, each of which is approximately 70 m2 and can accommodate 5 people. The rooms are decorated with sloping walls on the first floor, where light pours in generously through the slatted windows.
There's room to cook in the open kitchen, where you can feel the closeness of the sea and nature through the windows; sea buckthorn, kelp and wild grasses gently embrace the holiday homes and can be experienced up close from the private terrace belonging to each house.
The holiday homes have plenty of space and cozy places to rest. The two levels allow you to enjoy your stay exactly as you wish.
Townhouses
With room for 4 people
Our lovely townhouses consist of a spacious kitchen on the ground floor, where there are plenty of opportunities to prepare delicious meals. An angled staircase leads up to the first floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The 40 m2 townhouses are decorated in a cozy seaside hotel atmosphere where there is plenty of room to feel at home.
The adjoining terrace is ideal for sunny days or to breathe in the fresh West Sea air during cooler times. The townhouses' central location is elegantly emphasized by the outdoor areas, where large hydrangeas discreetly separate city from beach.

We want to give you the very best experience when you visit Hjerting Badehotel. That's why we've gathered all the most important and practical information about your stay. Whether you need an extra bed, have questions about parking or charging your electric car, what time we serve the different meals, and when to check out.
Before booking
Bedding
If you want an extra bed, this is possible in most of our houses. Just contact our reception when you book and we'll be happy to help.
The price is 500 per day, including breakfast.
Pets at the beach hotel
It is possible to bring pets in some of our Badehotel Houses. Please contact our reception before booking if you wish to bring your dog. It costs DKK 250 per overnight stay.
BEFORE ARRIVAL
LOOK IN
The reception is open for check-in from 14:30 until 18:00. If you plan to arrive later than this, please inform please inform the reception. The houses are ready from 14:30, but we welcome you inside before then.
CHECK OUT
On the day of departure, we check out from 7:00 am on weekdays and 8:00 am on weekends and always no later than 10:00.
On arrival there is
1 towel per person, 1 toilet roll, 1 dishcloth, 1 tea towel, coffee filters, washing up liquid and dish brush.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning is included in the price if the house is left in a tidy condition.
Tenant responsibility
The tenant is liable for the inventory of the holiday home. Damage incurred during the stay will be settled upon departure.
The holiday home is non-smoking
For smoking in the holiday home, a fee of DKK 1.500,- will be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 12:00 noon, 2 days before arrival.
If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is the total price of the booking.
If you fail to show up, the no-show fee is the total price of the booking.
If the holiday home is vacated before the end of the rental period, paid rent will not be refunded.
Cancellation must always be made in writing to be valid.
PLEASE NOTE Corporate agreements, booking of more than 4 rooms, and the houses have separate cancellation policies.
DURING THE STAY
Parking space
Free of charge in the hotel parking areas. We have two Clever charging stations. You are welcome to bring your own chip, alternatively we can lend you one for a fee.
Breakfast
Always included when an overnight stay is booked. Breakfast is served between 7:00 - 10:00 in the restaurant.
Other facilities
The seaside hotel is enriched with an incredibly scenic surrounding area. We can provide you with bathrobes for a dip in the sea, maps of good running and hiking routes or self-guided tours, SUP boards and kayaks, bikes and more.
Badehotellet also has a sauna, which is shared with the local winter swimming club. Please ask us for advice if you would like other facilities associated with your stay with us.
